PCI Global, for over 30 years, has trained global corporations and government agencies in management and leadership courses built around rich detailed simulated projects, operations and people. Instead of putting leaders to sleep with slow lectures and e-learning, PCI Global builds all courses around a simulated project, operation or business. All leadership courses are built around simulated people who vary in years of experience, skills and pay that participants must learn to lead and build into a team. Participants access all student materials and their copy of the simulation online anywhere in the world with full color dashboards, that update reports and financials - instantly. Work and learn in teams - practice skills on the simulation with immediate feedback on results so they learn as in the real world. Compress
4-6 months
of leadership experience into 16 – 24 hours of fun simulation based learning.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US

For over thirty years, PCI Global has provided Global Leaders worldwide with Computer Simulation Seminars. Read what our clients have to say about PCI Courses:

I wanted to provide you with some feedback related to the Bottom Line PM course offered this week:  The facilitator was one of the best instructors that I have ever had in my 15 years here at Pfizer!!!  She deserves recognition of this and hope you will share this with her company and management.

Pfizer

I passed the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam on my first attempt. The online course I took from PCI Global was really a big help in my preparation for the exam. I found the course to be really well structured. Interactive nature (because of the virtual presence of Professor and a couple of students) made it really interesting too. Exercises and quizzes in the middle of the chapter were very helpful in making sure I got the material right. The material in the course which is not covered in “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK® Guide), was also extremely helpful not just for the PMP® exam but in general for developing management skills. Overall, I am really pleased with the course and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to prepare for the PMP® exam.

Texas Instruments

Very good class.  Learned a lot.  It was supposed to be a refresher and I learned more.

Mellon

I liked not being “spoon fed”.  Hands on learning.

Lockheed Martin

Course moved along very quickly.  Good use of computers.

BAE Systems

This was great for my career development and actually a training class I can use right away.  Never felt like any part of this was a waste!

GE Healthcare

It is an excellent program and highly valuable for project leaders and project managers.

United Technologies, Project Management Foundations

I finally have the tools and knowledge to manage a project effectively.

Lockheed Martin, Project Leadership

Some things I learned I already knew, but I have trouble applying them – just my nature to focus on results. This reinforces the need for me to change my ways to get more work done thru others.
