Overview:
All projects involve some degree of risk, as do all aspects of life. The Risk Management course is designed to assist Project Managers in the process of identifying, managing and mitigating risks continuously throughout the project life cycle. This is to reduce impacts on project costs and schedule.

Objective:
The 1 or 2-day Risk Management course teaches the principles and standards of risk management to enable you to identify, track and manage high risk factors in the project life cycle. The course will cover Risk Management Planning, Risk Identification, Qualitative Risk Analysis-Priority Setting, Quantitative Risk Analysis-Effects, and Risk Response Planning.

Each lecture teaches in depth risk identification analysis, management and control in a project environment. This is followed by hands-on examples and group exercises geared towards your industry and expertise to reinforce the concepts introduced and to mimic real-world situations.
