Overview:
Recent research shows that the number one most desired skill set for project managers and team leaders is human resources/leadership and communications management. Human Resource Management involves processes to organize and manage the project team. Communications Management focuses on generating, collecting, distributing and sharing key project information on a timely basis. This course combines both human resources and communications because of their inter-relationship in project life.

Objective:
The most common team member responses to project improvement surveys are suggestions on how to improve communications effectiveness. This course will review human resources management processes and communications management so that you learn how to ensure all team members work together and share information effectively.
